I have recently received from Citibank credit card a notice that they found in favor of a company named Voxency 7 months of charges of 39.99 a month. After disputing these fraudulent charges with ” investigators” who said I produced a card for the transaction s, NEVER HAPPENED., Then I hear that others are having same issue. I most certainly know when I am making a 40 dollar a month purchase. NEVER heard of this company and never received any goods or services. WTF? I was wondering if any one else is having this issue? And shame on Citibank for there incompetence!
